Dear user,
(1) The WSPRO online registration portal (hereinafter: "web portal") is the property of RCL Int d.o.o. By logging in to the web portal, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as to the provisions laid out below.
(2) The web portal is intended exclusively for business partners of RCL Int d.o.o. and those users that have been duly authorized by RCL Int d.o.o. to use the web portal in writing. Any misuse of the web portal shall give RCL Int d.o.o. the right to prohibit the use of the web portal and delete the username and password.
(3) The registration submitted on the web portal shall be recorded on the web portal and the internal registration management system of the RCL Int d.o.o . company. The application shall be considered as a customer order. The RCL Int d.o.o. company shall manage the submitted registration in accordance with the individual contract concluded between RCL Int d.o.o. and the business partner. RCL Int d.o.o. shall issue an invoice for the service provided, in accordance with the individual contract
or in accordance with the latest valid price list for the service provided. The latest valid price list for services is available to business partners for inspection at the headquarters of RCL Int d.o.o.
(4) The web portal shall be used by both business partners and internal users of RCL Int d.o.o. The content on the web portal reflects the personal opinion of the individual, but not the opinion of RCL Int d.o.o.. RCL Int d.o.o. shall not guarantee and shall in no way be held responsible for the content users post on the web portal.

(6) Any violation of the terms and conditions of use of the WSPRO web portal shall give RCL Int d.o.o. the right to delete the web account and prohibit the use of the web portal.
